It was reviewed on 19 March 2016 by FlickreviewR and was confirmed to be licensed under the terms of the cc-by-sa-2.0.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem Berufungsverfahren vor dem Oberlandesgericht Wien im Mai wurde der ORF rechtskr\u00e4ftig verurteilt, da er die Ehre von Gerald Grosz verletzt und gegen die Unschuldsvermutung versto\u00dfen hatte. Als Folge des Urteils musste der Sender eine entsprechende Bekanntmachung w\u00e4hrend des Hauptabendprogramms ausstrahlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Auseinandersetzung zwischen dem ORF und Gerald Grosz ging bis vor den Obersten Gerichtshof (OGH). Der ORF reichte einen Erneuerungsantrag ein und argumentierte, dass seine Menschenrechte verletzt worden seien. Insbesondere sah sich der Sender in seinem Grundrecht auf freie Meinungs\u00e4u\u00dferung eingeschr\u00e4nkt.
