Grundrechte die derzeit mit F\u00fc\u00dfen getreten werden. Die \u201eFlorestan\u201c-Initiative hinterfragt das undifferenzierte Stilllegen von Kultureinrichtungen trotz wirksamer Sicherheitskonzepte &#8211; sowie alle demokratischen, wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Folgen f\u00fcr unsere freie Gesellschaft in Gegenwart und Zukunft.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u201eFlorestan\u201c-Initiative von Pianist &#038; Dirigent Florian Krump\u00f6ck und Kulturmanager Mag. iur. Florian Dittrich wird zusammen mit dem Rechtsanwalt Dr. Wolfram Proksch (ETHOS.legal) eine Verfassungsklage einbringen. Ziel ist die Kl\u00e4rung der Frage, ob die j\u00fcngste Schlie\u00dfung der Kulturst\u00e4tten verfassungskonform war.
